I will always use your paypal address unless otherwise noted! All orders are shipped via with delivery confirmation within 10 business days (Monday-Friday) of receiving payment.

Items ship from Greece using Registered Air mail by the Greek National Post. I will email you the tracking number once I ship the item via the Etsy Shipping Notification system. The item will be trackable after a few days with your national postal carrier. Please note that all items shipped from Greece to the US arrive first in New York customs and then are delivered by USPS. The USPS online tracking system will continue to say "Origin Post is Preparing Shipment" until the item is actually delivered. In fact all items arrive at NY customs the next day. Following that , it depends on USPS, when items will be delivered. Delivery times range typically from 2-3 weeks from the day of shipment depending on your location. I am not responsible for customs taxes and duties on items shipped to international locations and they shall be the responsibility of the buyer.

All jewelry items are mailed in a jewelry box which is put in a bubble/cushioned envelope to ensure there is no damage.

**I am not responsible for packages lost by USPS or the Greek National Post for any destination and will not refund items that were lost during shipping**.

THE REALITIES OF ONLINE:
I make every effort to photograph and describe my jewelry so that what you receive will match what you viewed online. Please keep in mind that colors may vary based on individual computer monitors. Also photographs do not represent the actual size of the items. In many cases they are close ups to show details so the items appear bigger. The actual size is in the description. If you have any concerns or questions about a piece, please don’t hesitate to convo me.

WILL I RECEIVE THE EXACT ITEM PICTURED?
In some cases I will use a representative image for a design. Please expect slight variations as most of the materials used are natural and/or hand made.

HOW TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR JEWELRY:
Avoid hairspray and perfume near your jewelry. Keep it away from chemicals or excess water for a longer period of time. A little bit of water is never a problem, just do not take a shower with it. Store your jewelry away from moist areas (bathroom), and preferably in a box or a zip lock bag. This is especially important for slowing down the wearing off of your gold plated and gold vermeil jewelry as these are not life time products. In addition, to slow the wearing off of your gold plated jewelry and give it shine you can also occasionally apply a dab of baby oil.
