We accept PayPal and Credit Card payments only.
As Per Etsy policies, payments are to be received within three days of purchase. 
Usually we will ship to your Etsy address, if you want us to send the item to another address please let us know the same day you make your purchase.

We are based in the UK and ship to worldwide destinations.

Within the Uk inland shipping will be made via:
- Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed for small items (Royal mail aim to deliver within 3 - 5 working days)
- Hermes for larger and heavier items ( Hermes aim to deliver within 5 working days)

International and overseas shipping will be made via Royal Mail Standard International Small Parcels who aim to deliver to:
- Western Europe, 3 days after posting.
- Eastern Europe, 4 days after posting
- Countries outside Europe 5 days after posting
However, if an item is stopped by Customs it can take up to 25 working days for your parcel to arrive.
Royal Mail Standard International Small Parcels is not signed for and is not tracked.

Shipping upgrades are available. If you would prefer your item to be tracked or express delivery, please contact us for a price. 

We will reserve an item whilst this is discussed.

For both UK and International customers, I am happy to combine postage.
 The combined postage price is an estimate and I will refund any overage. Alternatively contact me with the items you wish to purchase and the country you need it sent to and I will give you a quote and amend the postage for you.

Nb. We do not pay any duties, customs fees, or any other associated fees. These are the responsibility of the buyer if their country charges these types of fees. Please be aware of customs information including any fees that may be incurred on your end before purchasing. This information can be found at your local post office or on the web. Every country varies.

Eco Policy - Every item you buy comes in packaging these days and rather than send it to landfill we like to recycle our boxes and envelopes (you should try to reuse them too!)
