Payments may be made via Pay Pal.
You do not need a Paypal account to make a payment.
Pay Pal accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Echeck.

All the graphic designs files are sent via email. I will send the files to your etsy registered email address, if you don't send me another email address.
***Premade Banners:
I will send you the personalized digital files in 1-3 business days, after payment is cleared. Premade banners are not unique or one of a kind. I renew premade sets listings once they are sold.
***Custom Orders:
I usually sent the first drafts within 1-5 business days. Each time a customer requests new or revised changes I will need up to 3 days to reply with the product.This is an iterative process and customers usually request more revisions until they are happy with the product. This process is needed as it is complex for a customer to provide all and the tiniest of details. Please contact me to discuss the details. Custom orders are one of a kind and I do not resell the designs.
***Sticker and business cards designs:
I will send you printable .jpg and .Pdf files with your personalized business card/sticker design. I do not offer printing services. The business cards are standard US size 3.5x2'', if you don't requested another size into note to seller during check out.
