Communication: Etsy conversation is the easiest way to contact me.
Shipping: Shipping to destinations in the United States is $2.50 for the first item ($3.50 for international) and $0.25 for every item thereafter. To receive discounted shipping, all items must be paid for in one transaction through Paypal.
Payment: Payment must be received within 1 week. Items will not be shipped until payment has been received. Pink Elephant Embellishments accepts payment only through Paypal at this time.
Returns & Exchanges: Your satisfaction is important to me. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply ship the item back within 7 days to receive a refund (less the shipping cost). CUSTOM orders and orders that have been re-sized particularly for you are NOT returnable at this time. Lengths for all necklaces and bracelets are provided and are typical for the industry. However, if you feel that you may differ significantly, measure the length of your favorite piece to ensure that your purchase will fit you. If you need a particular piece lengthened or shortened please convo me before purchase. Thank you!
