my beautiful mother who was my muse and teacher
mom + rebecca trying on some vintage sunglasses
our post card we use to brand the la chanteuse shop- we send them as thank-you cards
rolling racks that hold our Fabulous Vintage collection
our new 6 ft. tall mannequin that we still have to included in our photos...

I stayed home to care for my elderly mother & opened up my la chanteuse shoppe

I wanted to take care of my mom and so I stayed home and opened up my Vintage Dress shop La Chanteuse. I would take photos of my dresses and she would comment about if she liked the dress or not. We liked fashion together. It keep her alert and engaged. We enjoyed our days together - she was my muse on fashion, on everything!
My daughter Rebecca also loves fashion and helps out when she can. She has a great eye for prints and styling.
It's a generation of fashion at La Chanteuse... it's contagious to say the least.
