Frequently asked questions
How long will it take for you to take an item to the post office?
I usually go to the post office on Mondays and Fridays, but will go more frequently if I have a large number of orders. I try to be less than three days from purchase. If you purchase express shipping, it will go out the next business day.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Most orders take 5-7 business days, but can take as long as 20 business days to arrive in North America. Other parts of the world can take up to 30 business days to arrive. Depending on your country, customs may delay your package.
What if I want to return my order?
Returns are gladly accepted - Please send me an email to let me know, then send your package back using the return address on the envelope. When I receive it, your purchase price will be refunded minus the shipping. Buyers are responsible for return shipping. Products must be in their original condition.
Returns without prior emails may not be accepted.
Do you offer shipping upgrades if I need my order faster?
Yes, we do. It is recommended to upgrade your shipping if you need your order within a deadline. Canada Post offers many different shipping options. Please message us and we can discuss the best way to get your package to you as fast as you need.
What happens if there is an error in my address after I make my order?
The buyer is responsible for making sure their address is correct at the time of their purchase, using the page prompt from Etsy at Checkout. If the address is wrong, the package must be returned to me before anything further can be done. If the buyer still wants the item, they will have to pay for additional shipping. If they don't want the item, a refund can be given, minus the original shipping, providing it arrived in resellable condition.
What if an item arrived damaged?
If your item(s) arrived damaged, you must contact me with immediately with a photo of the item and the packaging.
Are VAT taxes included in the item price?
No, Purple Panda doesn't collect VAT taxes. If the customs office of your country requires it, you will have to pay it directly to them.
Regarding stones and feathers.
Both items are a naturally occuring product, and therefore may have imperfections and minor variations which are not considered damage.
