• Once payment is received via Pay Pal, you will receive a confirmation through your email and when your order is dispatched, I will follow up with an email notification also so that you can look out for your delivery. I do like to be in communication as I value your business.

• Please also note that as each card is specially hand finished and packed individually, I will try my best to dispatch the order as soon as I received them, and will duly inform you via email should there be any circumstance(s) which might arise that might cause a delay, and should you wish to cancel an order, I will be happy to reimburse payment due to this.

• I usually will take 2 days for fulfillment before despatching, and you will be informed should I need more days for large orders.

• When certain coloured ribbons or envelopes are not available, I will replace with a suitable matching one for you. If you have any preference, please do not hesitate to contact me as well.

• Please make sure that the address entered is correct, and I cannot accept responsibility of any orders dispatched to an incorrect address provided.

• Whilst every care is taken to make sure that your package is sent protected and on time, I cannot accept responsibility for delays already dispatched with Royal Mail, as well as offer guarantee to specific delivery dates for dispatches outside mainlined UK, and overseas.

• Delivery with standard Royal Mail delivery is between 3-5 working days from email confirmation that your order(s) had been dispatched.

• Delivery with standard international Royal Mail delivery to countries outside of UK Mainland is between 10 - 14 days. Please note that delivery outside UK might take a little longer due to factors beyond my control. But I will always email you to ask you if you have received your parcel.

• Please email me should you need to have your orders delivered via express mail and I will inform you of the charges and arrangement to have it signed for. I will set up a custom listing for postage if necessary to you before despatching.

Occasionally, I may accept Custom Orders if a minimum order of 50 cards or above is ordered, please contact me for more information.
