Announcement    Raising River drop clay earrings are made from light-weight polymer clay and premium metal findings. Every pair is unique and handmade with love.
Please remember that I am always a mother first, but I love my craft and pour all my free time in to creating these earrings to hopefully bring beauty into your lives and empower the women who support me!


▫️ DESIGN & MATERIALS▫️

Every pair begins its journey on the design table where I draw inspiration from art, travel, and honest motherhood. I mold each design with hand mixed polymer clay, and add gold colored flakes and brass pieces to many of my designs. Hooks, posts, and rings are made of gold plated or sterling silver, nickel free, premium metal and will not irritate even the most sensitive ears. No two earrings are alike, and each pair will have slight variations from the pictured pair, this is the beauty of handmade! I have a high standard of quality and do not send out earrings without first inspecting each pair. Please note that due to the handmade nature of these earrings all pairs are subject to small inconsistencies and imperfections such as cracks, bubbles, color and shape variations, etc.


▫️PACKAGING AND SHIPPING▫️

All orders are packaged in a sealed polypropylene bag, which is then wrapped in tissue paper and shipped in a cardboard mailing box. Raising River packaging assures that your earrings will arrive sealed and will not be damaged during transit.

I love putting small details into my packaging so that your opening experience is as exciting as your first time wearing them. These earrings are also ready to gift!

All orders will be shipped via USPS.

When your order is shipped you will be provided with a tracking number for keeping track of your package at all points of transit.

I am not responsible for lost, or tampered with packages once they are in the possession of USPS. If your package is lost or tampered with during transit please contact USPS and use the provided tracking number for reference.

USPS does occasionally lose packages in transit, especially when shipping internationally. If you want to assure that your package arrives safely you can upgrade to Priority Mail which includes $50 insurance.


▫️ PROCESSING TIMES ▫️

Processing times will vary dependent on the intricacies of each design. I allow myself enough time to focus on the details of every pair and to make sure your earrings are not rushed and made with love. I try my best to ship your earrings sooner than the quoted processing time. Thank you for your excitement and for being patient as I work on the small details of your order!

I cannot guarantee that your order will shipped prior to the “ship-by date.” Please be aware of processing times before ordering.


▫️CUSTOM ORDERS▫️

Custom orders are reserved for retailers, high-volume purchasers, and earrings made for special occasions. Please note that I add a design charge to custom designs for special occasions. Please contact me with any custom order request, and I will do my best to accommodate.


▫️CARE▫️

All pieces are made with polymer clay and can easily be cleaned with a damp cloth, or a q-tip with rubbing alcohol for spot cleaning. Please treat them kindly, as they are sturdy enough for normal wear, but delicate enough to not be dropped or bent. Brass pieces in their nature may change over time as they are exposed to natural elements such as water or oil from your skin. This is a natural process and is expected. To keep your brass pieces from changing or tarnishing keep them dry and wiped with a jewelry cloth.

All items are made of polymer clay, which is a water-resistant, super light, slightly flexible material. Pieces are delicate and should not be bent or dropped. Makeup or other dirt can be removed from clay components by GENTLY going over dirty spots with a q-tip dipped in rubbing alcohol or acetone.

Brass components may tarnish over time if exposed to water and oils from the skin, but can be easily cleaned with a soft jewelry cloth and/or tarnish remover.

Gold plated and sterling silver findings are naturally resistant to tarnishing. Keep them looking clean by wiping them with a jewelry cloth.

▫️RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS▫️

Due to the handmade nature of these earrings I do not take returns. Please be aware of this policy before making a purchase.

Each pair is made to order and cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchasing. If you place multiple orders on separate occasions your earrings will be sent out in separate packages. I cannot bundle orders and issue partial refunds for shipping costs due to limitations within the system. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
