Custom and personalized orders
No. I don't feel I do my best work on custom/commission pieces.
Gift wrapping and packaging?
I do not gift wrap. I will include a personalized message upon your request.
Care instructions
My pieces are indoor use only. Pieces should not be hung in kitchens or bathrooms due to grease, dust and moisture, damage to piece is a possibility. Some pieces contain small, possibly sharp pieces. Potential choking hazard, use caution around children and pets. Never use a liquid cleaner to clean artwork. To dust, use a hairdryer on a cool setting or a non fibrous cloth that will not snag on objects. Please contact me with any questions.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact me within 24 hours of receiving your item(s) so we can discuss. Photos of damage would be appreciated.
Shipping refunds
If I have overcharged for shipping, I'm happy to refund any shipping overages of $3+. Domestic and International.
Do you accept Venmo, personal checks, etc.?
No. All sales must go through my Etsy shop.
