My name is Claudia, I'm a teacher, I'm from Portugal and I am a mother of 2 children: a 10 year old boy and a 7 year old girl.
I have always been a very creative person, and after I wrote my first story book for children, I had to make all of those characters real. I can't stop drawing new ones because they are jumping up and down in my head, begging to be born...

Payment
The only accepted payment method is PayPal.
All orders will be shipped within 3 days of cleared payment. Please have payment to us within 3 days after purchase otherwise the sale will be canceled. If this doesn't work for you please let me know so I can work something out.

The items are shipped from Portugal, using National Post. All the mail will be registered and it will be sent 1 -5 days after payment is received and cleared.
If you want some delivery insurance you can contact me to arrange other options.
The mail will be sent to Etsy address. If you want to receive it in another address you have to let me know.
The shipping costs are based on the package's weight plus packaging

Shipping delays may occur during festive periods.
