I make stuff out of wood

I use standard woodworking machinery to make the items in my shop. The main tool is a Hegner Multimax-22V scroll saw. I also use a planer, band saw, table saw and various sanding equipment as well as sanding by hand.

The first slide shows the pattern photocopied and ready to be cropped and applied to wood.
The second slide shows the pattern applied to the wood over painters tape for easy removal of the pattern from the cut pieces.
The third slice shows me cutting the puzzle on the Hegner scroll saw.
The fourth slide shows me mop sanding the puzzle pieces to round edges, remove sharpness, and remove fuzzies.
The fifth slide shows the completed puzzle.
