I love how they are backed with wool felt -- the bottom prevents moisture from seeping through to my furniture, while the top cotton side soaks up the moisture, but also dries very quickly. The patterns are interesting and lovely too! These coasters would make a great gift for your friends with similar color schemes in their decor. They are very unique!
