This item is really beautiful, it matched the description mostly, but it was based on a sold piece, and Jacqueline was really helpful and did inform me of what would be different. The result is amazing. I do love the fact it is made with steel strands. I had another necklace (different vendor) made out of string and it broke after a month. I am hoping this one lasts a lot longer.

High quality and well made and the picture is accurate when I compare the bracelet to it. But I would have appreciated it if the description made clear that this is not fire opal but some other kind of opal that is basically a nice cream colored stone with no particular visual interest. I was expecting a matrix with at least a bit of fire opal in it. This is a very reliable and high quality store with beautiful items and I don’t for a minute think any misrepresentation was intended. I just read “opal” as meaning fire opal.
