Reservations:
A reservation is a commitment to buy. Please do not place an item on reserve if you do not intend to purchase it.
Reservations can be placed on items for a maximum of 5 days. A reminder is sent on the 4th day. If the item has not been purchased by the end of the 5th day, the reservation will be canceled.
Shipping
•I am not responsible financially for packages lost during transit.
Send a message before purchase if you wish to add insurance, signature confirmation, registered mail, request different or express shipping, or have any other delivery requests so we may adjust the shipping price and send an invoice.
•I use First Class and Priority postal to ship domestically.
*I generally ship First Class international, and if my shipping price is more than the actual shipping cost turns out to be, you will receive a refund for the difference.
•buyer pays all shipping costs and all shipping costs are non-refundable.
INTERNATIONAL:
Buyers are responsible for any and all duties and custom charges that may be incurred.
l unfortunately have zero control over the duties, delivery process, and custom charges of your local postal service. Those issues are the buyers responsibility so please make sure you are aware of those things before purchasing internationally.
Price seem to high for just one item?? Ask me and I will see if I can adjust it for you if you would like just first class international!
• Once your lovingly wrapped package has been delivered to the post office, it becomes the property and responsibility of the post office and buyer. But, I will do everything I can to assist customers if a package becomes lost.
•International shipments may take up to 6 weeks to arrive..if you need it quicker please contact me to add priority or express rates to your order.
All shipments will not be addressed as lost until after the 6th week.
I will always prepare your package well, ship as quickly as I can, and be here to answer any questions that you might have regarding your order.
