Announcement    Fused glass art! Recycled and art glass, fused, kiln-fired fun, functional and decorative!

Everything is handmade with the utmost care. Most are one of a kind and cannot be reproduced exactly. Some may be referred to as "limited editions" as they may possess the same colors but are not the same. Most items are available for immediate shipment.

Fusing is the process of heating glass in a kiln to a very high temperature in order to bond pieces of glass together and change its shape or texture. Several layers of glass may be used in the creation of a single item. The process begins with a design, glass is prepared, fired (heated) in a kiln, may be shaped with a grinder and saw and fired again. Pieces can be slumped over a mold to give it shape. Each time the glass is fired it is allowed to cooled slowly to insure durability.

Shipping rates keep increasing and most of what I sell are heavy glass items. They have to be packed with great care for shipment.
