SHIPPING TIMES
Items ship from the UK within 5-7 business days and will be securely wrapped in tissue paper and a smart velvet gift bag and bubble mailer.
Shipping and ESTIMATED delivery times:
► UK - Royal Mail 1st Class post (1 - 3 business days)
► International - standard airmail - NO tracking (7 - 22 business days)
► Europe - airmail (4 - 18 business days)
► Rest of world - airmail (7 - 28 business days)
The vast majority of items will arrive well within this time frame but times are dependent on the postal service in your country which means that occasionally they can take longer so please allow up to 30 business days.

Buyers will be responsible for any import duties that their country may apply to their goods.
LOST PACKAGES
I accept full responsibility for the delivery of your purchase(s) so if you have a missing item please contact me before filing a Paypal claim so that I can be given the chance to replace or refund.
If you are concerned about your order please contact me.
Occasionally delays can occur which may mean that your item takes a little longer to reach you. Mail is not considered lost until 42 business days have passed. Please be patient if your item has not arrived within the 'estimated' time frame.
