Please make sure the shipping address on your order is correct. If it's a gift and you need it shipped to the recipient directly, let me know and I'll act accordingly.
Obviously I can't be responsible if something happens in the post, but I can and do package all orders in such a way that they will have a good chance of arriving in perfect condition, even after some robust handling by the post!

***Please Note:***
If your item is shipped within the UK, it should be with you in less than a week after I email with shipping confirmation. I send items costing over £40 Recorded Delivery.

Outside of UK: Please allow 30 days for delivery. If item is delivered to the USA, please note that Homeland Security has changed their policy regarding packages sent internationally, and all packages are therefore taking longer than usual to arrive. If you haven't received your package within 30 days from shipping date, please contact me to arrange a refund or replacement.
