Sgravalli jewellery is entirely designed, hand knitted, wire wrapped and crafted to its final look, by me - forever creative mind and always busy hands, but fairly new to many of these crafting skills!

Before Sgravalli, I have spent eight years in financial services building my way up to a senior product marketing management. Introduction to this job and transition to marketing was my graphic design experience in one design studio and printing office where I had an opportunity to design so many different formats for clients in so many different industries. Just at the beginning of my “working” career, I was running my own fashion boutique and a gift shop, featuring many fantastic unique treasures, but more importantly some really fine fashion jewellery.

So you can see, my love for jewellery dates from really long time ago. Even longer than that! It all started when my uncle who was a world traveller, brought gifts to me and my little sister, usually from Paris. I was only maybe twelve years old at the time, but those pairs of fashion earrings, just put a spell on me! I can vividly remember my earrings that had three sky blue round beads, connected to each other by some golden accents, while my sister`s pair of earrings was all golden with many circles made of thin wire and gathered in one spot. Both were so magical to me, but mine were something special. Of course, I had to persuade my younger sister that hers were prettier, as she would have attempted to take mine otherwise. You have to understand; she did things like that on a regular basis, being the spoiled and always crying one. We both grew up to be real fashionistas, and she grew up to be my main fashion advisor, voice of wisdom in general, and my greatest love. Actually, the name Sgravalli and the idea itself was born with the first fashion piece I made for her.
