Welcome to my shop, Sew Fetching! Everything is handmade by me in my dog-friendly (but smoke-free) studio.
See a design you like in a size or color you don't? Convo me here (or shoot me an e-mail at bark [at] shopsewfetching.com) and we will work something out!
Payment can be made via PayPal or directly through Etsy (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, or Discover). Payment is expected upon checkout and must be completed within 72 hours of purchase. If I have not received payment within 72 hours I will cancel the sale. If paying by echeck through PayPal, I will not ship your purchase until payment has cleared.
All items shipped within Connecticut will be charged 6.35% CT sales tax.
I will ship your order via USPS First Class Mail within three business days following receipt of payment. An e-mail with your tracking number will be sent from PayPal.
All international orders will be shipped via USPS International First Class Mail within three business days following receipt of payment.
If you prefer to upgrade to Priority Shipping (domestic or international), please contact me prior to purchase and I will set up a custom listing for you.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you feel there is a problem with an item you purchased, please let me know within seven days of delivery so I can work with you to make it right!
Additional Policies and FAQs
Customer Agreement: Product safety is your responsibility. Only you can determine the suitability of each product for your individual situation. Sew Fetching and its owner cannot be held responsible for any injury or damage that may result from the use of our products. Please inspect your items regularly for signs of wear and tear. By purchasing and using our products you acknowledge and agree to accept all responsibility.
