This shop originally started from the idea of taking lightweight dominoes on a backpacking trip. After scouring the internet, I couldn't find anything that fit the bill so I created my own set of dominoes that I laminated and took with me to the summit of Mt. Whitney. On the trip everyone I came in contact with thought that they were great, so I decided to create a store for them here and see if there was any interest.
After selling a few sets of dominoes I discovered the Alchemy listings (oh how I miss Alchemy) and started bidding on jobs that allowed me to be creative and use my random assortment of skills. It was a great outlet for my creativity and gave me great pride to see how happy my customers were with their one off creations. Even though the official alchemy is gone, I still check out the Alchemy teams from time to time and throw my hat in the ring on new custom projects. I am so thankful to my repeat customers who have come back with different projects over the last couple of years based on original Alchemy jobs I completed. Click on the sold items link to see the assortment of projects I have built since I joined Etsy.
I enjoy woodworking in particular, but am always looking for an opportunity to combine my electronics background with woodworking and creative design. I have made cosplay props, automata, hand painted items, signs of various shapes and types, shop jigs and fixtures, cut picture framing mats, repaired and refurbished cherished items and hard to find parts, I am a jack of all trades, master of none, but often times better than a master of just one!
Thank you for taking the time to look at my shop, and if you are interested in custom work, please use the convo link and let's discuss it! I pride myself on building solutions to my customers problems, not just craft items.
