READYMADE CHARMS: Sterling silver and solid gold orders typically ship within 3 business days. Gold-plated orders ship the next business day while supplies last.

CUSTOM CHARMS: Your very own custom charm is typically made in just 4 weeks. You receive a shipping notification once it’s ready to ship!

* CUSTOM CHARM ORDER PROCESS *
We begin making your charm as soon as you approve your digital proof, which you receive within 2-3 business days after purchasing. Two modification rounds are included with your purchase. Although it is rarely needed, additional modification rounds can be purchased for $25 each.

Please allow 1 business day for each additional design if your order consists of multiple custom designs.

PHOTOGRAPHY TIPS: Set your pet against a solid background in a well-lit room. Photograph him/her in a seated position and be sure your camera is focusing on his/her face. (This is easiest if you have an accomplice holding a treat to get your pet’s attention!) Take the photo at eye level with your pet.

* RETURN POLICY *
READYMADE: If for some reason you don’t love your readymade charm, you may return it less shipping charges (based on the original form of payment) within 10 days of receipt. Items returned must be in original condition and packaging (box, pouch, etc).

Please insure your package, as we do not cover items damaged or lost in the mail. We will process your return within 3 days of receipt, though it will take longer to appear on your statement. We will notify you via email when your return has been received and processed.

CUSTOM: At the time you review the digital silhouette design of your pet, we'll be happy to make modifications until you're 100% satisfied with the results. That said, custom orders are final sale.
