I did not receive the ordered mobile although I was told that the mobile got shipped in June! I tried to contact the shop owner vor several times and did not receive a response. Than I asked my money back through Paypal and she did not reply again. I received my money back and did not receive the mobile without any explanation. Really a bad experience for me - especially it has been my first purchase at Etsy. Zero stars.

Zero stars - It saddens me to have to write this review as I hoped it wouldn't have come to this. I ordered a mobile for my expected baby's room in May 2015 with expected delivery of mid June 2015. The date came and went with no product received. The seller was completely unresponsive and refused to provide updates or shipping confirmation. I sent four messages requested updates before I was forced to report it and open cases with Etsy and Paypal. It was only until Etsy shut down her shop that she finally responded to my Paypal request for a refund on July 23, 2015. I feel scammed and taken advantage of and I hope this seller does not continue to take orders that she cannot fulfill. Buyer - seriously, beware.

BUYER BEWARE: I placed my order on May 31, 2015 and it's been a month already but I haven't received my stuff or any shipping notice. I tried to email the store owner on 6/20 but she DID NOT reply my email AT ALL!!! thought she missed my email so I tried to contact her for A WEEk and she DID NOT respond!!! I need this item for my daughter's photo section on 7/1 and I don't think she's ganna ship out my stuff, even she did but it's already too late for the photo section. This is the WORST shopping experience on Etsy by far.....DO NOT BUY FROM HER!

BUYER BEWARE: I ordered this item on April 8 2015. I got a shipping notice but the tracking # said that nothing was registered in the system. I reached out to Victoria (store owner) on May 12th letting her know my order had not arrived. She said it must have gotten lost and would send another. I let another 2 week pass before I reached out again. On June 4th she finally responded to me and said the replacement had shipped but this time I got no shipping notification at all and I am STILL without my mobile. Maybe it will show up but it has been 2 months and counting and Victoria has quit responding to me. I am VERY disappointed and this is by far the worst transaction I have ever experienced on Etsy.

I had already the chance to order this little rabbit last year and I loved it so much that I ordered it again, but this time for my birthday's best friend ! I'm sure she's gonna loooove it !! Once again, This tiny cuttie little bunny has been delivered right on time and perfectly wrapped. Very good seller ! I'm sure I will order again on this shop !! :)

Arrived today and I can't describe how delighted I am with these gorgeous elephants!!!!!!! I chose an orange coloured star which is enhanced by the grey and vice versa. I love them and they will make a very special little boy's First Birthday all the more memorable. THANK YOU SO MUCH 😃 beautifully crafted.

Fun little elephant and very well made. Came with the two other animals I bought in a cute decorative tin box. Would definitely buy from this seller again.
