Custom and personalized orders
Yes! I am happy to customize your order or create something new with you! Feel free to reach out with your questions and ideas.
Care instructions
Yes you can use your garlands outdoors! But winds can mess things up, and rain will cause your garlands to melt - so take care in selecting where you will hang your strands.
Gift wrapping and packaging
All garlands come wrapped in recycled packaging. I do not offer gift wrap, as they are already wrapped.
Sizing details
Most of the photos show 1 garland that is looped back and forth in order to show you more of the details. Most garlands are 10 feet long or 6 feet long and will be mentioned in the details section.
Wholesale availability
Yes! Are you interested in selling my garlands in your store? Or looking for a bulk order? Please feel free to reach out and we can talk discounts, packaging, time frames, etc...
When will my garland ship?
Your order will usually ship the first business day after you order it. Exceptions include bulk orders and busy times around holidays. In these cases your order could be delayed by one day unless we have already discussed time frames. I will always reach out if your order will have a significant delay.
When will my order arrive?
I ship from Canada, so if you are also in Canada your order should arrive within 7 business days (busy holiday season can cause delays ).
If you are located in the USA your parcel can take up to 10 business days. During holiday seasons this time frame can be extended due to delays in customs.
International orders can take up to 30 business days and often get held up for various reasons including customs and duties.
Duties and import fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
