Payment
I accept payments by Paypal or Credit/Debit Card.
After payment:
- I will send a message to the buyer's Etsy account within 24 hours to acknowledge the order and give you an ETA on shipping. After shipping, I will send a second message to confirm shipping, attaching a postage receipt.
- I would be happy to know from the buyer once they receive the parcel, to make sure everything is alright, or in case you are not happy with the illustration I accept refunds! Please read my refund policy or message me back for details :-)

Smogartist ships everywhere from London, with Royal mail.
All the artworks are unframed and unmated.
Artworks less then £30 (usually A4 or smaller sizes) will be sent by:
UK: 1st class or 2nd class stamps.
International shippings: using the service Airmail Small Packets service.
Shipping times (from my experience)
UK: 1-3 working days.
Europe: 5-10 working days
Other Countries: 5-15 working days.
Artworks from £40 will be electronically tracked, this means: Items receive priority handling at home and overseas and benefit from an online tracking facility so you can check your mail's progress along the way right to delivery.
If there is an urgency to have the item as soon as possible I can provide a faster mail service with the inherent price. Please contact me before purchase.
I always try to be the most accurate possible when charging for postage. If overcharged I will send the difference back or make a discount on your next purchase. You can decide.
