♥♥LEAD TIME - My current turn around is approximately 2 weeks.** This DOES NOT include shipping time, please allow an additional 2-4 business days for shipping within the US. My lead time has previously been longer, orders placed before 5/6 please refer to your order receipt for lead time.
**VERY IMPORTANT -- This timeline begins when your order is placed, payment is received and all of the required personalization information, fabric choices, sizes, etc. is received. If personalization information is missing or unclear your order is not officially placed & time frame started until I receive all of the required information for your order. ♥♥On the same note - order time frames are *approximate* which means it could be a little quicker or a little longer. This is not a big business with hundreds of employees, I am just one person :) If your have an event that is cutting it close to my lead time please contact me before ordering so I can make sure I can accommodate your order. I don't want to have sad customers because an order didn't arrive earlier than I've quoted in my shop.
♥♥If you need items quicker please contact me BEFORE ordering, as I can accept a limited number of rush orders depending on my current schedule. Unless arrangements are made prior to ordering, your order will be shipped according to my current lead time. Thank you so much for your understanding!
♥♥SHOP HOURS: Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm, and Friday from 9am-1pm Pacific Time. Of course the Internet and Etsy are open 24/7, but I reserve my evenings and weekends for my family :) You're welcome to order and contact me anytime, but if it's during a time when my workshop is closed you probably won't hear back until the next business day. On the same note, I try my best to respond to all messages as quickly as possible, usually within 24 business hours, however please allow up to 3 business days for me to respond.
