All orders must be paid for within 3 days of purchase, failure to do so will result in cancellation of order. After which time you are free re-order if you wish. If you are experiencing any problems please contact me via convo's or email as soon as possible.

I am based in UK and ship via Royal AirMail. If you would like insurance and tracking added to you parcel, it will cost an extra $7 approx.

AirMail can take between 7-10 days, I have had it take less and take more. If you require you parcel more quickly, there is a priority option available at an extra charge. Convo me before paying if you need an adjustment.

If your parcel does not arrive within 28 days contact me.

I do try and keep my shipping costs as low as possible, however some of my larger bags need to be sent in a box, to ensure they arrive in tip-top condition. If there are any major over charges in the shipping costs I will refund you.

Although I only buy small amounts of fabric, I am pretty flexible and if you see a fabric in a different style, I will take requests, fabric premitting or if you want a different lining color or type, I will be happy to custom make.
