Payment
Please complete your payment within 2 days of placing your order – I accept direct payments via debit or credit card as well as Etsy gift card and PayPal.
Shipping
I aim to post out orders within 3-5 working days, but may need extra time to make the item you have ordered, so please bear with me as I also have a full time job. If you are ordering a large item and a smaller item together please contact me so I can edit the shipping appropriately due to weight.
For UK Jewellery orders, I use Royal Mail 1st class delivery, and for Candles I use Royal Mail 2nd class delivery.
Overseas standard orders will be sent by Royal Mail airmail, which is not recorded or tracked, you will be responsible for meeting any import costs at your end. You can choose to have the postage upgraded for an additional cost, which will enable you to track your orders.
Airmail typically takes a minimum of 2 weeks, but during holiday season it can take longer. Please place your order with enough time as I will not be responsible for any delayed orders.
Airmail packages have receipts which I keep for every order, it isn't tracked but it does give a sort of reference number. If you require proof of postage please contact me for a copy of the receipts.
