We started SpōK Werks in an effort to make stuff we wanted and it grew and evolved from there. Now, we make a number of items, primarily cycling related. The list includes, cycling hats, messenger bags and purses, bikepacking bags and British style flat caps. We're constantly striving to improve our wares and come up with new ideas.

Quality bicyling related gear for you and your bike.

We've both sewn for what seems like, forever. I (Michael) started in high school, continued and made myself wool cycling clothes in the mid-90's when no one made cycling stuff anymore and then it's morphed into cycling hats and bikepacking gear.

Kera also continued sewing through college. Afterwards, she made art quilts (great to have around the house where it's cold) and she knits continuously. Kera is multi-talented to say the least. She started making the cycling caps, then made the messenger bags with the intent of making a business with a friend. That idea didn't work but our friend designed a wonderful logo for us.

Now, the hats and messenger bags are made as time allows. The bikepacking gear is mostly custom as requested.

I am an endurance fiend. A restful day for me is hours in the saddle or behind the sewing machine. Strangely, I am at home in both places. It is so cool to see our wares being loved in the open world. That is the kick for me. Enjoy!

Hi, welcome to SpoK Werks... we're a two person company based in lower Bavaria next to the Alps. We make cycling hats, messenger bags and bikepacking gear.

Payment

PayPal is the easiest method for most people but you can also do a direct transfer to our German account. We'd be happy to give you the account info. if you want it.

Shipping

We normally ship via German Post without insurance and most of the time without a tracking number (it costs more with one). If you want us to ship the more expensive and/or fast methods, just let us know.
