•The standard option for the FIRST proof/mockup, is 5 days (Monday-Sunday).
•A rush option is available for a 3-day turnaround.
•All orders are worked in the order received. When the proof is ready I will message via Etsy Conversations.
•Every order comes with 5 rounds of revisions. It is best when requesting revisions, to send all changes at once.
•𝗣𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗘 𝗡𝗢𝗧𝗘: I am currently running at 𝗙𝗨𝗟𝗟 turnarounds. All orders are processed as quickly as possible, so if I can get it to you sooner I will. The quicker you can approve a proof, the quicker I can get it out in the mail to you.

Printing is available at an additional cost, please message me prior to purchase to receive a quote and to check availability.

•Turnaround time starts with the 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗢𝗙/𝗗𝗘𝗦𝗜𝗚𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚 time (1st dropdown).
•Orders go to print after approval is received on the proof and are shipped within the next 4 business days.
•Everything is shipped via priority mail, which on average takes 3-5 business days to arrive. When checking out you can choose to upgrade to 𝗣𝗥𝗜𝗢𝗥𝗜𝗧𝗬 𝗘𝗫𝗣𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗦 (2-day shipping guaranteed by the post office). Please note if you are shipping to an APO it can take longer depending on the country you are shipping to.
•Proofs are worked 7 days a week, printing is only completed M-F.

Included in my final email are print instructions & a list of suggested printers. However, in case you are wondering before purchasing, how you print the file is, just like you would a photograph or any PDF file! Simply download the print to your computer (DON'T DOWNLOAD TO YOUR PHONE! Downloading to phones to print, can cause a loss in resolution), then you can do one of the following:

• Print it at home
• Send the print to your favorite photo lab to print via their website
• Save to a USB thumb-drive and take to your local print store to be printed

Since you're receiving a digital print and not a physical one, you can print it as many times as you want. Some rules of thumb for my designs:
•𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗦𝗢𝗡𝗔𝗟 𝗨𝗦𝗘 𝗢𝗡𝗟𝗬. You may not forward, share, sell or distribute files in any way.
•You may not claim copyright or trademark of any designs or design aspects.
•Designs are not for use as business advertisements, packaging, or branding, message me for commercial use pricing.
•All Commercial (for profit) use is strictly prohibited unless otherwise stated.
•You do not have permission to alter the design in any way, create derivative works, or use design elements separately from the design.

Due to the nature of the work, once I send a proof for approval, I am no longer able to change the design. The new design would have to be purchased to change the design.

Please message me ASAP if you want to change a design.

After an order is approved and sent, if changes are needed, a redesign fee will be charged.

Custom designs are not completed without approval unless it has been two weeks with no communication from a buyer. If an order is completed without approval because of the lack of communication from the client, the client will be charged a redesign fee for changes needed.

Once a proof is received, please be sure to check for ERRORS, after all, I am human. Every custom design comes with 5 rounds of revisions, more are available for purchase, if needed.

SquishyDesignsbyMe is not responsible for any printing charges incurred with errors in designs. It is why I ask you to review the proof and look for ANY errors (spelling, dates, measurements, etc).

Due to the custom nature of my products, there are no refunds, cancellations or refunds after the first proof has been sent. Please be aware, slight color variation can occur due to differences in printers and computer graphics.

I cannot add any licensed characters/images (Disney, Nickelodeon, Pixar, etc) to my designs. It is illegal for Etsy vendors to sell licensed items in any form. I know there are A LOT of vendors who do sell these items, but they are running the risk of being sued and being shut down.

This is something I am simply not willing to risk. Also, as a customer, you may be denied printing services because print shops are unwilling to take the risk on, as well. I can do any color combination you want, but I WILL not add licensed characters to my designs.

Slight color variation can occur with differences in printers and computer graphics.

Once a proof has been approved and sent to print there are no changes allowed. Any errors approved by the client will be at the clients' expense to reprint. You will need to purchase another print listing and the order will have to be printed again. So please be sure to 𝗖𝗛𝗘𝗖𝗞 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗢𝗙 𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗬 𝗖𝗔𝗥𝗘𝗙𝗨𝗟𝗟𝗬.

How the design appears on the first listing picture is what you will receive minus any customizations made to the design. Unless otherwise pictured, all non-poster designs come with our website on the back. The option to remove the website is available for an added fee (https://www.etsy.com/listing/253636494/).

Please note, designs with no back pictured will have a back design provided that will have the website added.
