I accept the following methods of payment:
I accept PayPal and Etsy Direct Checkout where you can use your credit card.

Purchases will be mailed within 48 hours of payment and an email will be send to you advising you of item despatch.
Please allow at least 10 to 14 days for delivery give or take. Items often arrive faster but if a package gets held up by customs in a country it can also take longer.
Once I have mailed your order it is out of my control on how long it will exactely take to get to you.

All items will be send airmail using German Post, orders within Germany with German Post for letters or for packages with Hermes. Customers can choose from three different shipping methods depending on their needs, this can be selected when you checkout.

1) Standard shipping - cheapest method but no tracking and no insurance against loss.
2) Tracked Mail - (you will receive a tracking number and order is insured in case of loss for up to $25)
3) Registered Tracked & Signed Mail (you will receive a tracking number and customer needs to sign for the package, order is insured for up to $40 in case of loss)

Orders exceeding the value of the insurance amount might be send in two or more seperate packages.
It is up to the customer to choose the correct shipping method for their needs. I will not be responsible for lost or damaged items that were not insured.

Privacy Policy

(1) After conclusion of a purchase contract Etsy transfers to the Vendor the Customer's Etsy user name and his full name and billing address as they are stored in the Customer's user account. If the Customer has specified additional information with the order (eg a different delivery address or a phone number), it is also transferred to the Vendor.

(2) The Vendor shall process the data referred to in paragraph 1 for the performance of the contract, shipping of the merchandise, invoicing and recording payments. For shipping purposes, the Vendor may transfer the Customer's name and address to the contracted shipping company.

(3) The data remains stored by the Vendor until all claims arising from the order are fully fulfilled and until the applicable commercial and tax law retention periods have expired.

(4) The Customer may at any time, free of charge, request information from the Vendor about the stored data concerning him. Furthermore, the Customer may at any time request the correction of erroneous data.

(5) Regarding data processed by the Vendor according to the paragraphs above, controller of data protection is the Vendor (Tanja Bedenknecht, Winterfeldtstr. 31, 28217 Bremen, Germany, Phone: 0421382664, E-Mail tanjabedenknecht [!at] googlemail.com). Beyond that, Etsy's Privacy Policy applies.

(6) If the Customer uses PayPal, Klarna or any other payment provider, the respective provider's privacy policy shall apply to the payment process additionally. In this context, the payment provider shall act on behalf of the Customer (Erfüllungsgehilfe), and not on behalf of the Vendor.

(7) On the Etsy platform, you may find Social Media Buttons; they can be recognized by the logos of the social media platforms (hereinafter “platforms”) (Facebook: blue “f”, Twitter: blue bird silhouette, Pinterest: red “p”). These are links to the respective platforms based in the United States (USA). Clicking on such a link calls the respective Platform's website; at the same time, the IP address of your device and the address of the page where the link is placed (“Referrer”) will be transmitted to the Platform in the USA. The Vendor himself will neither collect, transmit nor otherwise process any data related to the use of the social media buttons.


§ 7 – Datenschutzhinweise

(1) Nach Vertragsschluss übermittelt ETSY dem Anbieter den ETSY-Nutzernamen, den Namen und die Rechnungsanschrift, wie sie im Nutzerkonto des Bestellers hinterlegt sind. Soweit der Besteller im Rahmen seiner Bestellung weitere Daten angegeben hat (z.B. eine abweichende Lieferadresse oder eine Telefonnummer), werden auch diese übermittelt.

(2) Der Anbieter verarbeitet die in Absatz 1 genannten Daten elektronisch zur ordnungsgemäßen Vertragserfüllung, insbesondere für den Versand, die Rechnungsstellung und die Verbuchung von Zahlungen. Zum Zwecke des Versands kann der Anbieter Namen und Anschrift des Bestellers auch an das beauftragte Versandunternehmen übermitteln.

(3) Der Anbieter hält die Daten gespeichert, bis alle gegenseitigen Ansprüche aus der Bestellung vollständig erledigt und die handels- und steuerrechtlichen Aufbewahrungspflichten für den Anbieter abgelaufen sind.

(4) Der Besteller kann vom Anbieter jederzeit Auskunft verlangen über die Daten, die er über den Besteller gespeichert hat. Ferner kann der Besteller jederzeit die Berichtigung fehlerhafter Daten verlangen.

(5) Verantwortliche Stelle für den Datenschutz ist der in § 1 Absatz 1 genannte Anbieter.

(6) Soweit der Besteller für die Zahlung den Dienst von PayPal nutzt, gelten für den Zahlungsvorgang die PayPal-Datenschutzbestimmungen. PayPal wird dabei als Erfüllungsgehilfe des Bestellers tätig, nicht des Anbieters.

§ 8 – Schlussbestimmungen

(1) Ist der Besteller Kaufmann, eine juristische Person des öffentlichen Rechts oder ein öffentlichrechtliches Sondervermögen, so vereinbaren die Parteien als Gerichtsstand den Sitz des Anbieters.

(2) Sollten sich einzelne Bestimmungen dieser allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen als unwirksam oder undurchführbar erweisen, so berührt dies nicht die Wirksamkeit der übrigen Bestimmungen.
