I bought this for my twin sister, on our birthday. She had been continually saying how much she liked my necklace which was made by this artist. I requested a similar, yet slightly different version and also needed it in time for our birthday. This seller went above and beyond!!! The seller was easy to talk to and communicated exceptionally well. She ensured I would be able to present this to my sis on our day!. Due to some unfortunate events, the process was delayed, HOWEVER, this wonderful artist took the time to make this very beautiful charm and actually took the time to deliver this item to my home.
