I will wait to make or ship your item until after payment is received and has cleared.

I aim to dispatch cards on the same or next day whenever possible.

Larger items I will usually ship via Royal Mail on Wednesdays and Saturdays, though sometimes get to the post office in between those days too.

Royal Mail quote the following delivery times:
· Delivery within the UK (1st class): next day
· Delivery within the UK (2nd class): 3 to 3 working days
· Delivery to Europe: 3 to 5 working days
· Delivery to the rest of the world: 5 to 7 working days

If you have any special requirements for times or need an order rushing through at the last minute, please just ask before you buy and I will try my best to meet your needs. If I cannot, I will tell you in time for you to look elsewhere.

International Customers: All customs and duties are out of my control, and are the responsibility of the customer. I will accurately describe the item and price on the customs form.

Custom orders or changes to my current designs are welcome! Please convo me, or submit your custom order request via the "request custom item" link in my shop.
