My answer: my two favorite things! I didn't want to be 'stuck' creating items that fit a company title. :)

I used to work for "Corporate America" and spent all my free time creating "stuff". So I quit my day job after 20+years..... Now, I have the worse boss EVER.... So demanding, makes me work all sorts of crazy hours and for pennies in pay (if ever)... One thing I've learned is that owning your own company will be the absolute HARDEST job you'll ever have. It takes a great deal of discipline and a TON of knowledge to achieve a successful company.

Since most of my products are custom requests, several of my items never make it to my storefront here on Etsy. I encourage my customers to send pictures, ideas and share their Pintrest boards so we can achieve their vision of the product. Sometimes I get to know their story and they become more than just another order I fulfill.

Customer service is TOP priority for me. All of my items are hand made. Quality and attention to every little detail is important! I hand dye pompoms, trim, ribbon and buttons to match the fabrics as close as possible. Bows are created from French satin ribbon. I hand string each pompom and tie every single bow by hand. After everything is complete, I assemble the mobile to show my favorite balloon to the 'front' of the mobile and vary the lengths of the balloons so you can see each one properly. The little details that my customers appreciate and what sets my mobiles apart from all the others. They are truly a work of art and the MOST adorable thing you will ever see!
