EXPECTED DELIVERY DATES:
Some customers may see a "expected delivery date" or a "estimated delivery date". Please know that was not placed there by me, this is an Etsy experiment, and it causes a lot of confusion for customers. I have no control of the dates placed on receipts. They are wildly inaccurate and don't align with the carriers' stated transit estimates. The most accurate way to track a package is using the tracking number provided.

SHIPPING INFO:
If your item arrives damaged then please reach out to us first so we start working on the issue right away. Images of the damage will first be required to file a claim.

PLEASE Note that some items are strictly DIGITAL. That means NO ITEMS WILL BE MAILED TO YOU! The best way to determine if you are purchasing a digital (You Print) item is when you try and add your item to your cart you will have to check a box to acknowledge that you will be receiving a digital download link via email to download your item. In the event that you do click that box and acknowledge that no physical item will be mailed to you and still expect an item to be shipped and ask for a refund I will be unable to issue you a refund due to the nature of digital files.
