Will I get the exact item that is pictured?
Since most everything I make is one of a kind, you will usually get the exact item pictured! If it is something that I can duplicate, you could get a different one than the picture, but it will look exactly or nearly exactly the same!
Do you take returns
No. Due to the extra time and effort required to make everything in my shop myself, I don’t do returns.
