1 out of 5 starsNecklace was beautiful however returned it in less than 24 hours and then received a message 2 days later from seller stating it came to her damaged. Was asked by seller if I insured it and then told I need to file a claim to receive the $175.00 I paid for necklace back from USPS. Still have no idea what was damaged on necklace as no pictures provided to me . I will never purchase another item from this seller or on ETSY for that matter.

Again, I'm sorry you had a bad experience Deb. I have no control over the fact the necklace was broken when returned to me, and I communicated with you on the same day when I received the box with damaged item. You can revisit our previous emails and see that I offered help processing insurance claim as well as pictures of damaged item. I have been providing excellent customer service for a long time, and I do care about my buyers. I don't remember ever receiving a negative feedback. Again, I'm sorry for your bad experience and I also hope you change your mind about all etsy sellers. There are lots of great people and treasures here. It's not their fault either. Regardless, I'm still available to help you providing the carrier with proof of damage and whatever else needed so you get your money back. Sincerely Priscila
