Most of my works ship for free in Canada and the US, and internationally for a nominal charge. The only exceptions are some of the swirly things. In these cases, if the actual shipping costs are more than a dollar less than my rates, I will refund the difference via pay pal. The shipping rates are fairly nuts because of the size of the box needed to wrap these babies up.
