I have a refund after Etsy stepped in but NO explanation provided. Frankly, I’m very angry for the waste of my time and effort! UPDATE: Jan 2024. Awaiting new delivery & will respond with an updated review. 08/02: Nope, just as bad! No delivery! Waste of time.

1 out of 5 starsPurchased on Feb. 14th, shipped March 18th, received April 17th. It reeks of cigarette smoke and the material is poor, the visor doesn't "stand" on its own. What a dissapointment all around!

Hi Ginger, I am so sorry about this. Due to some personal issues I outsourced this particular item to a family member in a different location and the quality of it was outside of my control. I cannot overstate how sorry I am for this disappointment. I have learnt a hard lesson here. I take pride in the quality of my items and it is reflected in other reviews. I assure you that this has been a once off incident and I am very sorry it happened to you. I will refund you as informed in the previous communication. My sincerest apologies.

5 out of 5 starsHiya, My hoodie arrived today with the morning post. It was well packaged and in excellent condition. The hoodie it’s self, is a perfect fit and a pleasure to behold and wear. I’ll have great fun wearing this hoodie out and about even though (at sixty) I’m no longer a youth. The hoodie’s delivery took a little longer than expected, but I have reason to understand that there may have been circumstances beyond your control ?! Thank-you for such an excellent product ! My hoodies and tunics are always packed in durable plastic envelops. Fragile items like pendant lockets are wrapped in bubble foil, then few layers of thick carton and placed in bubble envelop. I never had any complaint about the item condition and quality.
