I accept Paypal payments only. All items must be paid for before dispatch

Due to work commitments I can now only post on SATURDAYS ONLY. Sometimes I may be able to get post out during the week, but this is not always possible.

All items are usually sent via the UK Royal Mail service. There are no tracking options available in the shop as all items vary in size and weight.
I keep receipts for all items sent as proof of postage. These are kept for up to 6 weeks

The total cost of a refund if your item is lost, damaged or stolen is £20 (it used to have a value of £50 in early 2013, but was then lowered upon the price increase of Royal Mail's services)
Marking items at a higher price than £20 on the customs form, may incur import charges for your country.
These charges are beyond my control.
If you want me to list your item at the actual value it was sold for (if over £20) you must purchase extra insurance

Specialist and oversize items will be sent via Parcelforce. This has a £30 minimum charge and maybe more depending on the size and weight of the item(s)

All items (unless stated) are sent WITHOUT tracking and insurance to overseas countries. If you want insurance when you purchase an item you MUST tell me upon ordering.

If ordering for a special occasion, please allow plenty of time for me to make your item, plus delivery. This may be up to 4-8 weeks depending on how busy my shop is at the time, and how busy the postal services are too (especially around the Christmas period).
I cannot guarantee delivery times for Christmas unless one of the Royal Mail Special Delivery or International Signed For / Airsure services has been purchased by the customer

Lost or damaged items are unfortunately beyond my control. If overseas, an International Claim form must be filled out for items sent via Royal Mail. I am more than happy to help customers with this:

*You must contact me as soon as possible if your item has not arrived 4 weeks after the shipping date on your dispatch note.

*I only offer refunds up to 6 weeks after the posting date given on your dispatch note. Refunds are via PayPal ONLY.
