5 out of 5 starsThis is the ginchiest neck cowl ever. I love it, and am for once happy to be living in the Midwest where I can rock this sweet sweet accessory from September to March, maybe even April or May. That's a possibility of five months' of wear time (oh yes!). And while only one kid actually "got" the neck cowl so far - I still find it so wildly amusing. THANK YOU!

5 out of 5 starsI love my MR ROGERS adjustable Neck Cowl. I just got it a few days ago and have been getting compliments on it every place I go. It's attractive and practical. I can snap it over my shirt so it functions as a scarf, adding interest to my outfit, and then outside, when walking against the cold wind, I can pull it up to cover and protect my face. These cowls are great for bike-riders, better than scarves with the ends flying out. I received it in perfect condition, and it's obvious that this company cares about its customers and delivers high-quality, beautiful, one-of-a-kind items. I would recommend teWEARABLES to anyone. n nIn response to the reviewer who commented on the delayed delivery, keep in mind that we recently had some brutal weather in Chicago. Events were canceled; businesses were closed; people died. It literally was not safe to go outside, and the city was in many respects shut down. Events like this are not within an individual's or company's control. n

1 out of 5 starsI am not the type of person to complain about a late order or a bad experience but in this situation I feel that it is only right that I warn any future customers. nThis has to be hands down the worst experience I have ever had placing an order online. nThis order was for my friends birthday so it was ordered with the hopes of arriving on time. After placing the order I had waited days and realized that I had never received any notification that it had shipped so I emailed the sender inquiring about the order. I received a prompt response saying that she did not have time to ship it but it would go out the following date and the package would include a 20% off coupon for a future purchase. Okay fine. I was not happy with that response as I was starting to question whether or not this was a legit company. nNonetheless, I waited patiently hoping that the package would arrive in time. It did not. I notified the sender again on Feb. 15th inquiring about the package because it was getting close to the one month mark. I received a response a couple of days later from the sender saying that she didn't ship it until Feb. 5th. What doesn't make sense to me is that the order was supposed to have gone out on Jan. 29th and it apparently did not and yet the sender didn't find it necessary to inform me of this. It is absolutely unacceptable!! I finally received the package on Feb. 24th, which of course did not include a 20% off coupon which at this point I would never do business again with this company going forward. n n n

5 out of 5 starsPrompt response to my inquiries. Even offered to make custom for my lil one which I look forward to doing in the future. This pullover has quickly become an essential for my busy mornings when hair is nutso or makes a beautiful accessory to my drab t-shirt and jeans, love it!
