Everything in my shop is made by me with love and a smile. I appreciate you visiting. All messages will be answered within 24 hours. I do accept special orders so please just ask! If it can be done, I will be happy to do it for you, let's get creative! Much of my positive feedback is from creating custom orders with my customers.

*Payment*
I accept PayPal or major credit cards through Etsy's direct checkout. Items will ship once payment has been processed.

*Returns*
All items, since custom made, are final sale and cannot be returned. If there are any problems at all with your order, please message me! I want you to be happy!

*Shipping*
Shipping time is two weeks from date of order. If you have a more urgent need, just let me know! I can accommodate a certain amount of rushed orders. Shipping fees are always the responsibility of the buyer. I do not cover shipping fees for any reason. I do not refund shipping fees. Once shipped, your purchase will be received within 72 hours.

~Size Medium, Priority flat rate boxes, $12.95 includes tracking and up to $50 insurance - fits up to 4 mugs
~Size Large, Priority flat rate boxes, $17.95 includes tracking and up to $50 insurance - fits 5 mugs
