loved the finished product but was very upset with the time it took for them to be completed. took almost 3 more weeks than stated and missed the birthday the shoes were bought for in the first place

Gilbert is a superb artist in his work. Contacted me whenever he needed to consult ( shoe size, aftercare of shoe). Definitively I will be purchasing more of his products!!! Thank you. I enjoyed wearing them.

The Toms that Gilbert painted for me were excellent, he listened to my request for personalization and colour and the other ideas I had and nailed exactly what I wanted in them. She was very happy to recieve them and she loves them and wears them all the time. I will attach a photo soon.
