Hi and welcome to The Bow Makers. Below you'll find a brief outline of my store policies, if you've any questions dont hesitate to contact me before you purchase.
Although my online shop is open 24/7 i only work on orders between 9am & 5pm GMT Monday to Friday. So please take this into account if you are waiting to hear back from me :)
Due to the handmade nature of my items, once an order is placed it can take 2-3 days to fulfill. Larger orders may take longer. If you are in a hurry for your items, do let me know and i can prioritise it.
I generally ship once a week, twice if possible. This may not sound like a lot but i do live on a very rugged mountain and the downside of that is the 30 minute drive to the nearest post office. If you need your package shipped asap do let us know and i will most likely be able to tailor my shipping day around you.

I accept paypal as my payment method for all sales. If payment is not completed and I have not heard from you within 3 days of purchase I will consider it a cancelled transaction. If you have a special situation just contact me and ill try my best to accommodate.
If you use a PayPal e-check then I must wait for payment to clear before shipping. This can take anywhere from 4-10 working days. I cannot begin work on the order until the payment clears.

Shipping
I do not ship on weekends. Let me know at the time of purchase if you want to buy additional Insurance or use Priority Shipping. All international customers are responsible for their own customs & duty charges so please look into this before you place your order.
Please do not rely on the 'item shipped' date on your invoice as the actual date your item was shipped. During busy periods i only get to mark items as shipped once a week, so these dates are not accurate. If you would like to know when your item was shipped just pop me an email and i will let you know.
