I design, create, and ship our products. I start early every day and usually end my day getting everything ready to ship the following morning. My days are long and jammed packed, but I love what I do and wouldn’t change it for the world.

Finish information
Finish Options for signs and shelf sitters: 1. Clean - For this option we paint the lettering and apply a clear coat. 2. Edges Sanded - After painting the lettering we lightly sand the edges of the sign to give it a rustic look.
Additional Shipping Information
When you order is shipped a Tracking Number will be provided from the Shipping Carrier. The Country Sign Shop is not responsible for shipping timelines provided by the shipping carrier and we are not responsible for Carrier mistakes, such as and not limited to delivery delays,missing packages after marked delivered,lost,stolen, etc.

Processing time for items with color choices
Please note that items are made as they are ordered, so please allow up to 14 days for your items to be competed before they ship. We make every effort to ship items quickly, but sometimes we do need 2 weeks to get orders out to our customers. If you need your item(s) by a specific date, Please, message us via ETSY before purchasing the item, so that we'll be able to acknowledge to you if we can complete your order by the specified date. If you purchase the item & then request a specific date, this will not guarantee that the item will be complete as requested. Custom orders and Wholesale orders are welcome. No, the additional items in our photos are NOT included in your purchase, they are there to give the item context.

Custom / Personalized
The Country Sign Shop offers Customization and/or Personalization for all of our products. Please contact us to discuss your request prior to purchasing. Please note that all sales are final on any Custom, or Personalized products sold by The Country Sign Shop.
Custom, and Personalized items and bulk retail orders are nonreturnable/nonrefundable.
Cancellations
You have 24 hours to cancel the order for a full refund. After 24 hours there are no cancellations or refunds because we have already vested labor & material for your item(s) ordered.
Returns
Returns will only be accepted when approval is granted by The Country Sign Shop. You will receive a complete explanation on the procedure to return the item. The item needs to be returned (see tracking number) and insured within 7 days of receipt, new, not damaged condition. After 7 days, no refunds submitted. The customer is responsible for all shipping cost to and from. There is a 50% recoup fee on returned items. This fee is based upon the labor & materials vested in your order. Returns without prior contact and outside of this time frame will not be refunded. If the item isn't insured & received in the original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Received damaged product
We package & ship our of products very well so that they arrive safely.
The USPS regulations for items damaged in shipping have changed.
The USPS now requires that the item along with the packaging to be taken to the local Post Office to submit a claim.
