Welcome to Max and Molly Designs!

Payment

Payments can be made via Paypal. However, you need not have a Paypal account to do this! Items will not be shipped, & work will not be commenced on Made to Order items, until payment has cleared. Orders which are not paid for within 24 hours will be cancelled.

Shipping

Once payment has been received, items listed as READY TO SHIP will usually be shipped within 2 working days. Items which are MADE TO ORDER will take longer - please check the item description for the approximate time to shipping.

Items shipped to UK destinations are posted Royal Mail 1st Class & should normally arrive within a few working days of posting;

Items shipped to overseas destinations are posted by Royal Mail Airmail. You can find more information about this service, including estimated delivery times, here:

Please note that Airmail is an untracked service. Should you wish to upgrade your shipping to a tracked service (Airsure), please let me know & I will send you an additional invoice (NB this will cost around £5 GBP / $8 USD extra)

All international delivery times quoted are estimates only - please allow 2 months before considering your order lost.

Refunds and Exchanges

I hope you will love the items you purchase from Max and Molly Designs. However, if for any reason you are unhappy with the item you have purchased please let me know as soon as possible. With the exception of custom work, refunds (less shipping) can be arranged for items returned in their original condition.

I donate 5% of the profits from every sale to Scottish Greyhound Sanctuary (Registered Scottish Charity: SC039701), an entirely volunteer run charity devoted to rescuing, rehoming & rehabilitating greyhounds & lurchers across Scotland. Custom orders are always welcome!

I can make many of the items you see in my shop in alternate colours, sizes & designs to suit your preferences. Just ask!

If you have a photographic image of your own which you would like me to convert & screen print onto an item for you I'll be happy to do this for you. (Photographs need not only be of greyhounds or even dogs!) Just ask!

Wherever possible, your order will be packaged using clean & secure recycled packaging. Please let me know if you would like me to gift wrap your order - this can be added at no additional charge.

Please be aware that my products are made in a dog-friendly household. While I do my best to ensure your purchase remains hair free, I cannot guarantee that a tiny little stray won't find its way in there somehow! I can, however, guarantee that my house is completely smoke free.
