Custom and personalized orders
Can you make (insert item here)? If I don't already know how to make it, I can figure it out. Some people are good at math (not me!). I'm good at crafts. I pick skills up quickly and LOVE learning new crafts. If I don't think I can make a satisfactory product, I will suggest someone who can.
Sizing details
All items should have sizes either listed in descriptions or visible in photos..if you aren't sure, ask. If you need a different size, ask.
Care instructions
To extend the life of your item, please remove it before showering or washing. Don't sleep in your jewelry. Inspect your jewelry from time to time to look for weak links or frays.
Damaged Items
If your item needs repair within 90 days of purchase, I will repair it. You need only pay shipping. Outside of this time frame, a small fee will be charged on a case by case basis.
