How do I leave you my monogram information?
Please leave all the monogram information in the notes to seller section when you checkout. When leaving the initials for monogram please leave them in first, last, order. For example, my name is Christy Bennett McDaniel my monogram is cMb. Please also leave the last name for reference so that we can assure your monogram is correct.
Do you accept Returns?
We can not accept returns on personalized or used items. If the item is not personalized or has not been worn, you can return them for an exchange or refund. Please note, you will be responsible for extra shipping charges.
Shipping and Delivery
We are NOT responsible for LOST or STOLEN items! No Exceptions!
We only use USPS for deliveries. You will receive a email with the tracking number when the item(s) have shipped. Please note that once your package has been received by the Post Office or UPS center we are no longer responsible for it's delivery. The Purple Petunia is NOT responsible for items not delivered by USPS. I cannot stress this enough - IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO HAVE THE CORRECT ADDRESS ON YOUR ORDER. Also be SURE that you have a safe delivery spot has been established with your delivery man. We will ship your item to the address listed on the order please double check to make sure it is correct.
Will I get a discount on shipping if I order multiple items?
Orders with two or more items Etsy will automatically figure a discounted shipping price. It will be calculated at the time of checkout. See item description for information on "add'l" item shipping discount
