When will my item arrive?
The average processing time is 5-10 days.
Delivery times do NOT include processing! Processing times are listed on each product under the "shipping & returns" section.
You will receive more accurate shipping estimates when making your purchase.
Estimates are as follows:

Canada - Delivery times 7-14 business days

Why is my item coming from a different country than the UK?
While the shop admin is based in the UK, our printing companies are based in several locations around the world including North America, Europe, and Mexico. Etsy does not offer the opportunity to list these locations on the items and only gives the store admin location.
Where is the rest of my order?
If you purchased multiple products they can/will be sent in separate packages at different times. Etsy currently does not allow for separate shipment notifications. We try our best to update you with the different tracking numbers for each package via message. However please reach out to us if you are still waiting on an item.
Clothing size
All clothing products include a photo with the size information for EACH t-shirt, crop top, sweater or hoodie. Please read carefully as we offer different shirt styles and each has different size dimensions.
You MUST measure yourself and use your measurements to choose your size based on the charts for EACH product. Failure to do so may mean your item doesn't fit. What’s that smell on my product?
When you recieve your order, you may notice extra residue and any strange odour, which are caused by the process used to print the design. Washing your new tee in cold water and hanging it to dry should do the trick.
My shirt isn't a solid colour, why is this?
You have ordered a heather colour. heather refers to interwoven yarns of mixed colours producing flecks of an alternate colour. It is typically used to mix multiple shades of any shirt that are described as HEATHER are in fact NOT solid colours but a mix of two or three colour yarns.
Product Description Agreement
Reading a product description and size is very important when making online purchases.
Customer/buyer is responsible for reading the full product description before buying. When you buy our products you agree to the product’s description, including design, size, materials, fabric weight and care instructions. TheSleepingPixiee will NOT replace items due to buyer’s remorse/lack of reading the description.
Cancellations, Returns and exchanges
CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel your order please message us within 2 hours of placing it. Due to the nature of our made to order products once production starts on your order we do NOT accept cancellations.
RETURNS
Due to the nature of our made to order products we currently do NOT accept returns, make sure to select the correct size and design when placing your order. Reading a product description and size is very important when making online purchases.
EXCHANGES
If you received a damage product or we made an error with your order please message us with pictures within 2 days of delivery. We will replace damage products, however we cannot offer refunds.
Expedited Shipping
At the moment we are currently able to offer expedited shipping. We will update should this change.
Can I get a custom or personalised design?
We love helping create personalised designs! If you have any ideas, please contact us and we will see what we can do. Please note: We cannot use images of famous people or celebrity names when creating designs due to copyright. Message us with your idea and we can work together to try and come up with a design and then price up how much it will cost.
