My name is Jenny Marklund and I run a small craft studio in Västerbotten, Sweden.
With my brand The Bushcrafter, I meet the demand for custom made and unique textile products.

I work with a lot of different textile techniques and the products are for both children and adults.
The name The Bushcrafter springs from my desire to create out of things that already exists around us, to make something new out of what is already available. With an emphasis on sustainability and creativity I create in various techniques of both new and recycled materials.

Every piece is unique, handmade by me. In my design, I explore how to make the unused useful again.

As a crafter and designer, I value things with long durability and therefore create products that are supposed to have a long life.

With a belief that we, every time we spend money, are contributing to the world we want to live in, I always try to provide my customers with the most transparent vision of the product they are buying.
