thewildbride's Shop Policies

The Wild Bride does mainly custom wedding orders consisting of several floral pieces. All custom orders will require a $25 (for brides bouquets alone) or 25% (if you plan to order other pieces such as bridesmaids bouquets, boutounnieres, etc.) deposit to secure the services of The Wild Bride; this will count towards your final invoice. This is no different than most florists doing wedding orders, it's just that I am online and they are in a store. After the deposit is paid, we being the design process - the customer provides a general outline and/or a picture of what they want and The Wild Bride will design bouquet based on this. From there it can be revised until the customer is satisfied with the item. Then a final invoice will be sent and the item(s) will be shipped upon receipt of payment. Please see testimonials from my satisfied customers here:

Invoices can be paid via Paypal or a mailed money order.

I typically ship via FedEx but I can ship any way you prefer. If shipping via USPS I highly recommend purchasing insurance to cover lost packages.

Refunds and Exchanges

Items purchased from The Wild Bride are non-refundable due to the nature and use of the items.
